Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SkyBridge Air Charters. Please read these terms carefully, as they govern your use of our premium private aviation services and charter bookings.

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging SkyBridge Air Charters for any aviation service, flight itinerary, or associated premium travel arrangement, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These rules ensure the highest standards of safety, privacy, and service execution.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from finalizing your booking or utilizing our chartered aircraft.

2. Booking, Payment, and Fleet Allocation

All charter flights are subject to fleet availability and operational feasibility. A booking is only considered confirmed once a signed charter agreement and the requisite deposit have been received by SkyBridge Air Charters.

We reserve the right to substitute an aircraft of equal or superior class should the requested jet become unavailable due to mechanical, operational, or scheduling constraints beyond our immediate control.

3. Flight Modifications and Cancellations

We recognize that travel schedules can evolve. Modification requests will be accommodated wherever logistically possible, subject to potential recalculation of flight costs.

Cancellations made within specific timeframes prior to the scheduled departure will incur cancellation fees as detailed in your specific charter agreement. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of departure generally result in a complete forfeiture of charter fees.

4. Passenger Responsibilities and Safety

The pilot-in-command maintains absolute authority regarding the operation of the aircraft. For the safety of all onboard, passengers must comply with crew instructions at all times.

All passengers must hold valid travel documents, including passports and necessary visas for the destination. SkyBridge Air Charters is not liable for flight delays or cancellations resulting from a passenger's failure to present correct documentation to relevant aviation regulatory authorities.
